barbara ryans anal on cnbc
is the next dana telsey of retail. pumping as she does every time about bio/pharms,, today of course is PFE. as we know pfe is wasteing shareholder value with 'stockbuyback'-- cramer may swallow that,, but i am more of a value/growth kind of person.
when anals start backing up their picks with writing puts contracts- that will get my attention.
when companies buy the calls and the puts contracts, i will take them more seriously on buybacks.- buybacks are a waste of investor money,, do a mini r-split or give a nice div.. dont use investor cash to let some fundie out of your stock while your insiders bank out too.

interesting notes
PFE gets a moodies downgrade- no suprise since currently they are showing how to waste money with a sharebuyback with funds from their sale of a unit to JNJ- JNJ paid somewhere near 4x's too much.- wallstreet has been baiting both dogs up before reality sets in. PG too,, eventually traders figure out they are financing a golden parachute.
the press still loves warren buffett, all they see is 'profit',, read deeper into the details as few ever do, you will see very little of that comes from the great biz models of all of his holdings,, instead he always depends on 1 company doing well and selling stocks in other sectors,,, or covering a not so well time bet on the $usd. how's that PIR doing buff?-lol like you always said you want mgmt that thinks like you.
DC is looking at possible issues of civil war in the future-per bloomy,,'thats war between ourselves' homegamers,,i discussed this posibility a few weeks ago with some other traders. basically i dont think its such a bad event. our current americans are more supportive of the terrorist,, and have no means of protecting themselves. it may just have to happen,, nature hasnt been able to clean out our weakest links,, so as with all other wars,, the people do it. could be against our own govt or just a war of idiologies,,, prolly start picking up more mojo around jan08.
funny how the war complainers are not willing to put their $ or bodies on the oppositions actual land..... i mean really,, dont play 'general' go do it.-anyone ever play a game of 'war' or 'battleship' anyone own a world map?
